  *  Walk west until you reach a bunch of buildings. Walk south, then west again and go up the steps.\\  
  *  Talk to **[[wiki:npc_charlie|Charlie]]** (Located at 73 53) at the top of the steps.\\  
  *  Bring him the required items needed to make the [[wiki:angeling_hat__5132_|Angeling Hat]].
