===== (i) Overview =====

RevivalRO has updated the Refinement System with a completely new UI. The core mechanics remain the same, but the process is now more user-friendly.

  * **New Interface:** A modern UI makes refining more intuitive.
  * **Inventory Refining:** Refine any equipment in your inventory (except non-bound Cedi items).
  * **Safe Refining:** Uses the new **Blacksmith's Blessing** item instead of old Safe Refine Tickets (SRT).
  * **Accessibility:** Open the UI by talking to any Upgrade NPC or using the **@refineryui** command.

===== (?) How to Use the New UI =====

  1. **Open the Interface:** Talk to any Upgrade NPC or type **@refineryui**.
  2. **Drag Equipment:** Drag the item you want to refine into the center box.
  3. **Select Material:** Choose your refining material (e.g., Oridecon, Elunium). The UI will show the success rate and Zeny cost.
  4. **Refine:** Click "Refining" to attempt the upgrade. You can continue refining with the same materials until you succeed, break the item, or run out of materials.

You can find Upgrade NPCs at the following locations:

  * **Prontera:** Inside upgrade shop (prt_in 63, 60)
  * **Morroc:** Inside inn (morocc_in 73, 38)
  * **Payon:** (payon 144, 173)
  * **Alberta:** Inside tool shop (alberta_in 29, 59)
  * **Juno:** Basement of Armory (juno 119, 137)
  * **Einbroch:** 2nd floor of Blacksmith Guild (einbroch 255, 108)
  * **Lighthalzen:** Basement of Weapon Shop (lighthalzen 194, 35)

Or simply use the **@refineryui** command anywhere.

===== (!) Changes to Safe Refining =====

The old Safe Refine Tickets (SRT) have been replaced with **Blacksmith's Blessing**.

  * **Conversion:** Existing SRT can be converted by clicking on them (e.g., SRT 7 becomes 7 Blacksmith's Blessing).
  * **Function:** When used, **Blacksmith's Blessing** prevents your equipment from breaking on a failed refinement attempt.
  * **Enriched Ores:** These still work alongside Blacksmith's Blessing to increase success chance.
  * **Quantity:** The number of blessings needed equals the target refinement level (e.g., going to +7 requires 7 blessings).
