== Skill Description == Enables a **Blacksmith** to refine weapons. Unlike [[crafting:blacksmith:Forging]] or [[crafting:blacksmith:Custom Forging]], this skill's success rate does not depend on **DEX** and **LUK**, but only on the character's job level. * At job level 50, the success chance is approximately the same as using the NPC **Hollgrehenn**. * At job level 70, the success chance is about 10% higher than Hollgrehenn.
