+==== Instance Requirement ====
+  * **Location:** Start the instance by talking to **Alice** in Niflheim (`niflheim 341,213`).
+  * **Party:** You must be in a **party of at least two players**.
+  * **Cooldown:** This instance has a **20-hour cooldown** period before you can enter again.
+  * **Leader:** The party leader must be the one to create the instance.
+  * **Requirement:** Each instance party leader need to pay **100.000.000 Zeny** to enter.

+Welcome to the player guide for the Alice's Nightmare instance! This guide will walk you through the steps to complete this spooky adventure.
+==== Part 1: The Haunted Forest ====
+  - **Enter the Forest:** After creating the instance, your party will be warped to the **Haunted Forest**.
+  - **Trigger the Scene:** The party leader needs to walk towards the center of the map to find **Alice**. A cutscene will play where a mysterious woman named **Hera** appears and kidnaps Alice.
+  - **Defeat the Monsters:** Hera will summon a wave of monsters:
+     * Remenent of Hate
+     * Carrier of Hate
+     * Shadow of Hate
+  - **Enter the Mansion:** Once all the monsters are defeated, a portal will open nearby (`151, 200`). Enter it to proceed to the next area.
+==== Part 2: The Cursed Mansion ====
+  - **Find the Dead Magician:** Locate the **Dead Magician** NPC inside the mansion. He will ask you to collect five items to perform a ritual.
+  - **Collect the 5 Items:** Explore the mansion to find the following items. They are obtained by clicking on various objects in the rooms.
+    * **Old Piano Key:** Found by interacting with the **Piano**.
+    * **Strange Herb:** Found in a **Flower Pot**.
+    * **Cursed Water:** Found in the **Kitchen**.
+    * **Shining Crystal:** Found by interacting with a **Crystal**.
+    * **Old Book:** Found in the **Library**.
+  - **Return to the Magician:** After collecting all five items, return them to the **Dead Magician**. He will attempt the ritual, but it will fail, and he will die.
+  - **The Secret Room:** A previously locked door will now be open. This leads to the final part of the instance.
+==== Part 3: The Lord of Hate ====
+  - **Confront Hera:** In the final room, you will find **Hera**. After a short dialogue, she will transform into the final boss.
+  - **Boss Fight:** Defeat the **Lord of Hate**.
+  - **Wake Up Alice:** After the boss is defeated, party will be warpped to Alice, party leader need wake her up by giving **Yellow Gemstone** and **Holy Water** to remove her curse, completing the instance.

+There is a secret boss in this instance that you can fight for an extra challenge and potentially better rewards. What known is you need **Key to Clock Tower** or **Key to Underground** to access it.
