+This is a server-wide quest that requires all players to work together to unlock Biolabs F4.
+. Once you have completed [[customquest:The Boy Who Cried Wolfchev]] quest, you can begin the repeatable [[customquest:Breaking The Seal]] quest.
+. The server must complete the [[customquest:Breaking The Seal]] quest a total of 250 times.
+. The server as a whole must also donate a total of 15 billion Zeny and 50,000 Premium Points. You can donate at the **Lighthalzen Police Department** (Located at 234, 276) by talking to the **Chief Constable** (lhz_in02 141, 199).
+. Once these three conditions are met, Biolabs F4 will become accessible and the Sealed MVPs will roam the world for **30 days**. After 30 days, Biolabs F4 will become inaccessible and the Sealed MVPs will be re-sealed.
+. As a thank you for donating Zeny and Points, a new NPC will be able to give you items, including powerful **Antique** items, depending on how much you donate. Be quick, because once the server-wide pot has reached the required amount, you won't be able to donate again for another 30 days.
