The Summer Carnival is an annually event in RevivalRO, taking place around the summer months (June ~ August) and has its main focus in the town of morroc. It includes several different Mini Games the player can take part in, and receive different rewards for.

The most notably change in 2020 is, that the summer carnival takes place in the Port Town Lasagna. Further you can now also change the BGM of the map, with either first entering there; or just typing @carnival.
Beside those, nothing major changes. The games are still the same, with addition of a few new; and of course prizes. To enter the Carnival, just simply type @go carnival. To leave the map, you can simply talk to the NPC Ticket Master at the start or use Butterfly Wings.

Alt Usage: Another change within 2020 is the usage of Alts in the carnival.
You can only use a maximum of 5 Accounts during the carnival (meaning: 1 MAIN + 4 ALTS maximum), excessive usage of Alts will be punished with a perma ban.

• You will get 5 tickets every 24 hours by talking to the Ticket Master.
  • You can get more tickets, by not playing one day, but still claiming them that day. They will stack up, as long as you claim them daily.
• Use these tickets to play mini-games available throughout morroc/ Lasagna.
• Each mini-games will cost one ticket to play with a chance to win a unique item and/or carnival cash.

Your homie J4c can be found close to the Ticket Master (in Lasagna 214 189), he will help you out if you run out of tickets!
He exchanges tickets for either Zeny or Premium Points. The rate is as follows:

• 1 Carnival Ticket > 10m Zeny
• 1 Carnival Ticket > 30 Premium Points

After J4C is gone, J1LL has returned to the hometown of carnival, i.e. morocc to help greedy souls exchange the unused items. J1LL is willing to trade any of the carnival games' reward items in exchange for 5 Carnival Cash.

• Make sure to only exchange the same kind of item at once to her.
• You can exchange any number of items, from only 1 to up to 10 at once.

NOTE: The map is color coded with the games listed below.

• Blackjack (Located at 164, 274 in Morroc/ 163, 111 in Lasagna)

Blackjack card game. Game-play based off standard casino rules. Dealer must have at least 17 to stay and will auto stay at 17 and up. Double Down is where you believe you can do better in a single card play and get better than the dealer or hit blackjack (21). It will show your winnings(5 Carnival Cash) + Bet or give you 1 Carnival Coupon when you win a regular game. When you choose “Double Down” you either can win double what you get -OR- a costume. NOTE: You bet your carnival cash so if you lose, you lose the amount you bet.

• Card Sharks (Located at 47, 76 in Morroc/ 321, 88 in Lasagna)

Are you as old as me? Do you remember this game show?! Anyhow… this is Whack-A-Mole's replacement, and the way you play this game is you are dealt a card, and you have to guess if the next one is higher, lower or the same. Every 2 successful guesses you get a chance to take your prize, or try to get to the grand prize. Do you have what it takes to flip the last card, find out! (And ignore the fact that the display of the cards is weird, that's hard to make look nice!)

• Peco Racing (Located at 136, 59 in Morroc/ 340, 257 in Lasagna)

Ever looked at Peco's and thought “Is that just a Chocobo rip off?”, ever done any Chocobo Racing? Well this… is sorta… like… something along that lines… yeah! There are 5 Peco's and you bet on which one you think is going to win, pick the one that comes in first and you get the special prize, the place your Peco comes in determines your prize!

• Test Your Strength (Located at 186, 77 in Morroc/ 291, 28 in Lasagna)

Do you find yourself looking in the mirror, staring at your arms all day long? Is your favorite monster Satan Morroc, not because it looks cool, but because it has bigger muscles then you could ever have? If you answered yes to either of those, well … you're on your own. However, you CAN test your strength and see how you compare to other puny humans. The higher you score, the better prize you can receive. So give up, or throw down your hammer and give the bell a good ring!

• Slot Machines (Located at 232, 122 in Morroc/ 148, 169 in Lasagna and in the areas close by)

They're slot machines, what more do you want from me, coming up with rambly rants is hard ;( Well lemme try anyhow… Spin those porings round and round catch em 'fore they … well they stay on the ground so that doesn't work… Anyhow it's a slot machine, spin it, match the right things and you win! Slots have the best potential payout for Carnival Cash, but the largest chance to outright fail and get nothing ;( Are you a gambler, care to test your luck? You gotta spin it to win it!

• Safe Cracker (Located at 89, 168 in Morroc/ 169, 162 in Lasagna)

First off, it's not a Safe, but Safe Cracker sounds better, Treasure Cracker sounds weird, or like it's a cracker that you eat that's shaped like a treasure. Anyyyywhoooo have you ever played one of those games where you have to figure out a 3 digit code, and it tells you if you got the right number in the right spot, or the right number but in the wrong spot? Well if you haven't (or have and didn't like it), and you don't like logic games, you're gonna hate this! You have to crack the code to get yourself into the treasure, the less tries it takes the better your prize, try too many times and the lock is going to jam!

• Whac-a-Squirrel (Located at 58, 61 in Morroc/ 310, 261 in Lasagna) [2016 / 2019 / 2020 Game only]

Ever thought of whacking a squirrel? No? You're nuts! (Get it?!). Why even bother with capturing, shooting or even pet a squirrel when you can whack it? Let's not get into the “why are we whacking a squirrel?” in the first place, We are sane people. Real Talk : Here we play a friendly game of whack a squirrel on the head as hard as you can. Don't worry though, as no squirrels were actually harmed while you enjoy this game. Speak to the “Whac-a-squirrel” NPC, it will transport you to an area where squirrels will be popping up. It will be within your view range as long as you don't move. You need to Click (Euphemism for Whack) the squirrel as much as you can during the 3 minutes. The more points you earn by whacking, the better the prize you receive.

• Guess How Many (Located at 125, 101 in Morroc/ 138, 176 in Lasagna)

Once you enter the guessing booth, some cats will spawn for a few seconds. Try to count them or try to guess how many there were! There are three rounds. The closest you get to the correct number, the higher the prize!

• Match me (Located at 125, 296 in Lasagna)

You will want to match the correct poring from the poring family within a certain amount of time in order to win the grand prize! So be quick!

• Simon (Located at 117, 97 in Lasagna)

This is kinda like Simon says! You will want to watch for the following sequence that Simon will put out. Then mimic the correct sequence back! It will get harder as you go but you can do it if you try!

• Diving For Drops (Located at 173, 289) [2011 & 2014 Game only]

Crazy old man Strouf just can't keep stuff in his hands, so he's giving out mad Carnival Cash if you can pick up a ton of his randomly dropping items! Grab em, snag em, pile them up, spin in a circle, stand on your head… oh wait where was I…? Oh right, collect the items and pass them on over and he'll be happy to give you a prize as thanks! Collect enough and you'll get a special prize~!

Beside the chance of obtaining Carnival Cash over the mini games, the games also give the player exclusive gears/costumes.

Rewards in the Carnival can change from year to year, but it does have some “stable” prizes that always reoccur.
Note: Items under the section “Addition in Year xxxx” only occurred in that year and not other years.

When you receive a pet_egg_coupon from the Slot Machines as prize, you can use them on Ticket Master for claiming a Pet Egg.
You will be offered the choice to either claim it for yourself, or you can send them to someone (by entering their characters name; NOTE: that character needs to be online.).
All Eggs are Account Bound.
