Start from and walk south 2 maps, east 1 map, and north 1 map. You should be located on far_isld05. In the center of this map is a dungeon called thulean_plateau. Make our way into that dungeon.
When you enter thu_plt01, walk to the northern center part of the map. You should see a valkyrie type statue on one of the support columns (Located at 135, 271) Screenshot
After speaking to the NPC, you will be told to collect a Golden Anvil, Icarus Wings, and a crest_of_skoll.
Upon returning with those items and speaking to the statue again, she will ask for one final item; svartrhud
