2013 Halloween Event

This is a trick-or-treating event where players can talk to various NPCs to get candies which could be traded in for prizes. It lasts from October 22th, 2013 at 00:00:01 AM game time, until October 31st, 2013 at 23:59:59 game time. The various NPCs were scattered around niflheim (@go 13) and it's 2 adjacent fields.

Note, you can only have participated during the times the event was running.

• First, warp to niflheim (@go 13). Somewhere on the map is a Pumpkinring monster. It looks like a poring shaped pumpkin. It moves around the whole town nonstop, so the first challenge would be to actually find out where it is.
• After speaking to it, it will notice you don't have a halloween costume. It will give you a scary_costume item. It is a headgear that when worn, will un-equip everything else and turn you into a random monster sprite. The costume sprite you get changes every day since the scary_costume expires at midnight game time. When it expires, just talk to the pumpkinring to get a new one.
• After you have obtained your costume, you may start trick-or-treating the other NPCs. There are 20 NPCs named “Halloween” and 20 named “Grumpy”. They look like various halloween monsters (Example: Halloween Quve, Grumpy Loli Ruri). Find the 20 “Halloween _” monsters that have been scattered around niflheim and it's 2 fields. When you find one, say “Trick or Treat!” in public chat.

The NPCs will either Trick you, or Treat you. If you are tricked, you will get various negative effects (Mute, [[wiki:blind]], [[wiki:poison]], etc). If you are treated, you will get various treats (1-3 [[wiki:halloween_candy]], [[wiki:baby_boo_sack]], etc). You may only Trick or Treat each NPC once per day per account
* When you have finished trick-or-treating the 20 NPCs, you can trade you [[wiki:halloween_candy]] to the pumpkinring from before to obtain various prizes. 10 [[wiki:halloween_candy]] allows you to get a [[wiki:baby_boo_sack]], while 25 [[wiki:halloween_candy]] allows you to obtain a [[wiki:jack_o__lantern_sack|Jack o' Lantern Sack]].
