Set Def and [[wiki:mdef]] to 90%. [[wiki:aspd]] is reduced by 25% and skills cannot be used.

This is [[wiki:def]] as from armor so damage from weapons and spells is reduced to at least 10% (with 1 [[wiki:vit]]/[[wiki:int]]) and even as little as 1 damage if the [[wiki:monk]] has enough [[wiki:vit]]/[[wiki:int]]. Only active skills will be disabled during Steel Body status. Passive skills such as [[wiki:triple_attack]] or [[wiki:spirits_recovery]] will function as normal. Mental Strength stacks with [[wiki:assumptio]].
