2. Talk to him. He trades 8 of one type of elemental stone for another.

Example:

   * 8 Mystic Frozens for 1 Flame Heart.
  * 8 Great Nature for 1 Flame Heart.
  * 8 Rough Wind for 1 Flame Heart.

Exception: Turning elemental stones into Rough Wind is more expensive. It will cost 12 elemental stones.

   * 12 Great Nature for 1 Rough Wind.
  * 12 Flame Heart for 1 Rough Wind.
  * 12 Mystic Frozen for 1 Rough Wind.
