===== Instructions =====

  Charlie's Location
  * Warp to [[wiki:alberta]].
  * Walk west until you reach a bunch of buildings. Walk south, then east and go up the steps.
  * Talk to **[[wiki:npc_charlie|Charlie]]** (Located at 73 53) at the top of the steps.
  * Bring him the required items needed to make the [[wiki:emperor_s_laurel_crown|Emperor's Laurel Crown]].

  *  20 Huge Leaf
  *  40 Soft Blades of Grass
