1. Find the Alchemist Laspuchin Gregory in the Palace in Amatsu. (ama_in02: 61,27)
2. Talk to him. He trades 8 of one type of elemental stone for another.
Example:
- 8 Mystic Frozens for 1 Flame Heart.
- 8 Great Nature for 1 Flame Heart.
- 8 Rough Wind for 1 Flame Heart.
Exception: Turning elemental stones into Rough Wind is more expensive. It will cost 12 elemental stones.
- 12 Great Nature for 1 Rough Wind.
- 12 Flame Heart for 1 Rough Wind.
- 12 Mystic Frozen for 1 Rough Wind.
