1. Go to Umbala and enter the hut (Located at 67, 250). Speak to the Utan Chief, Karkatan (Located at 39, 121). He will help you understand the language of the Utans.
2. You must be wearing a face mask in order to talk to him. See List of Masks for a list of acceptable masks.
3. He will ask you to bring him the following items:
