A Wizard Hat Dude in Geffen is helping aspiring mages by creating a hat that would help them become a good wizard.
Instructions
- Warp to Geffen.
- Head north to the Geffen Tower and talk to Wizard Hat Dude (Located at 126 107).
- Give him the required ingredients to make the Wizard Hat.
